In brief? I live in London (love it), work for a charity (like it, most of the time!), study excessively (it keeps me busy), go out a lot (makes for interesting stories) and travel a lot (mainly because lots of my long term people have the temerity to live on different continents).

If you were wondering about the user name, it's my favourite piece of art. The blog title is a lyric from one of my favourite songs. This is a personal journal for keeping in touch with far flung friends.
